We are currently inviting Printing and Promotion firms that are Chamber Members* to provide a quote for the printed materials for the 2013 "Taste of the Hills" Gala that will be held at Boulder Springs, October 26, 2013 from

6:00 PM - 10:00 PM.

*PLEASE NOTE that all membership dues must be current in order to forward an offer. If you are not a member, but would like to take advantage of this opportunity and many others the Chamber can offer, please consider filling out the Chamber Membership Application to join.

If you are interested, please provide your quote for the following items to Joanne Hall at jothall@gvtc.com by May 24, 2013. The Taste of the Hills Committee will meet early June to review the proposals received.

The following items are needed: (each with their own separate deadlines)

• 500 QTY Tickets -- Deadline is August 16, 2013 -- 2.75" x 8.5" ticket prints 4/1 on 100# cover stock, perforated, serial number in two locations per ticket. 250 FULL COLOR/250 WATERMARK.

• 250 QTY 'Save the Date' Posters -- Deadline is July 1, 2013 -- FULL COLOR, 8.5" x 11" prints 4/0 bleed on 100# gloss text.

• 1 Sponsor Banner -- Deadline is October 4, 2013 -- 4' x 8' digitally printed in FULL COLOR on 13oz matte scrim banner vinyl, hem and grommet.

• 100 QTY Sponsor Poster -- Deadline is September 6, 2013 -- 11" x 17", FULL COLOR, 4/0 bleed on 100# gloss text.

• 400 QTY Program Prints -- Deadline is October 11, 2013 -- 6.5" x 11" 4/4 on 100# gloss text with bleed.

The Chamber held a special art contest to select the art for the 2013 event. The image as well as samples of marketing materials used in the past years are available upon request for review.
